Launched my bankruptcy career in an entry-level role, providing critical administrative and analytical support for Chapter 13 case management. Responsibilities included data entry and review of proofs of claim, detailed review of bankruptcy petitions, analysis and input of confirmed and modified Chapter 13 plans, and execution of additional bankruptcy-related tasks requiring strict attention to detail, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
After two years of hands‑on office operations experience, I was promoted to Controller, a role I have held for over 20 years. In this capacity, I have overseen the administration and safeguarding of bankruptcy trust funds, managing annual receipts ranging from $10 million to more than $45 million. My work reflects a long‑standing commitment to fiscal integrity, regulatory compliance, and the accurate stewardship of fiduciary funds.
